新北市議員蘇有仁23日舉辦「一座橋，兩岸情，三鶯二橋大會師」慶祝的活動，邀請民眾走上三鶯二橋漫步；新北市長朱立倫表示，這座大橋落成通車後，讓大漢溪兩岸的三峽、樹林及鶯歌成為一個生活圈。
朱立倫指出，三鶯二橋規畫有自行道及人行專用道，並首創在橋樑的下方，設置寬敞的座椅休息區，讓北大社區的民眾在早上起床，可以直接到三鶯二橋散步欣賞大漢溪的風光美景，傍晚時可以騎腳踏車，也希望未來三鶯二橋完成後，趕快將原來的三鶯大橋改建完成。
朱立倫說，看到三鶯地區的建設一項項完成，再過幾個月就可以完成三鶯國民運動中心，而跨過大漢溪還有一個大型的鶯歌運動公園即將竣工，呼籲民眾多使用公共的建設，促進交通便利外；也歡迎大家每一天都去運動，提升運動風氣，希望大家越動越健康。
「一座橋，兩岸情，三鶯二橋大會師」的慶祝活動，由新北市議員蘇有仁舉辦，除邀民眾走上三鶯二橋漫步，並結合鶯歌農會及多家企業的贊助，提供運動背包、運動毛巾及冰箱、電視、洗衣機等禮品供參加民眾抽獎，一同分享通車的喜悅，並由市長朱立倫在現場抽出獲獎的幸運兒。
